  • Who are eligible to join the promo?

    For a texter to qualify, he/she must:

    1. be a subscriber of Globe Handyphone (Globe) or TM (Touch Mobile) whether in post paid or prepaid plans;
    2. own a mobile phone capable of downloading mobile content
    3. have downloaded the featured picture message of the minute or have downloaded the featured picture message of the week and have answered the profile questions, and
    4. registered to the Globe and TM Per Second Panalo Promo.

    Subscriber may view the featured picture message of every minute and the featured picture message of the week at http://12.bidshot.com. During the entire promo duration, there will be a total of 130,309 unique picture messages featured every minute and there will be a total of 12 unique picture messages featured every week from June 8, 2008 - September 7, 2008.

  • How to join the promo:

    There are 2 ways to join the promo:

    1. Downloading the Featured Picture Message of the Minute

      Subscriber must download the featured picture message of the minute by sending 12 to 1212 to earn 10 raffle entries.

      EXTRA POINTS! Turbo Days for Downloading the Featured Picture Message of the Minute

      When a subscriber downloads the featured picture message of the minute by sending 12 to 1212 on a Turbo Day, subscriber will earn 20 raffle entries instead of the usual 10 raffle entries.

    2. Featured Picture Message of the Week and Answering the Question
      • Every week a free SMS alert with a profile question will be sent to all subscribers.
      • Subscriber must download the featured picture message of the week and answer the profile question of the week by sending <A,B,C,D,M or F> to 1212 to earn 10 raffle entries for the weekly and grand draws and 10 raffle entries for the special draw for the week.
      • Subscriber who downloads the same featured picture message and answers the profile questions more than once, does not entitle him to additional raffle entries.
      Note: A postpaid subscriber can only download a maximum of 450 download transactions per day while a prepaid subscriber will not have a download transactions limit.

  • How do I get a FREE GIFT?

    Every download may also entitle subscriber to receive a free gift in the form of an infotext or logo. Every second from 12pm - 12am, a subscriber shall be randomly chosen to receive a free gift.

  • How to Register:

    1. A subscriber will have to register first before he can be eligible for the weekly and grand draws. To register, subscriber will have to enter the following information in the correct format and sequence as shown below and send it to 1212. Syntax: <Full Name>/<Address>

    2. Registration is a one-time process and is free of charge. Only one name per SIM card / mobile number is allowed. However, a person may register the same name using several SIM cards / mobile numbers.
    3. The subscriber will be advised that he / she will be subscribed to a free promo alerts service & shall start receiving free promo alerts upon texting 12 for the first time.
    4. The subscriber may opt-out from Promo Alerts by texting in STOP to 1212. Opt-out transaction is free of charge.

  • Who are NOT Qualified to join:

    1. All employees of Bidshot Wireless Services Inc., Globe Telecom, Inc., Innove Communications, Inc., its agencies and contractors and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
    2. Subscribers who failed to register for the Globe and TM Per Second Promo weekly draw. (This will only apply to the weekly and grand raffle draws).
    3. Globe service units shall be disqualified from joining the promo. (For both the instant prize & the weekly draws).

  • Determining Winners and Prizes

    Featured Picture Message of the minute

    1. The 1st subscriber to download the featured picture message if the minute between 12:00pm to 12:00am will win Gcash.
    2. The amount of G-Cash Prizes to be given per minute will vary every minute with the following denominations: P25, P50, P100, P1000.
    3. The G-Cash denomination has been seeded for each minute in the presence of a DTI representative.
    4. The subscriber who won the G-Cash is still eligible to win in any of the weekly draws

  • Weekly Raffle Draws

    1. One (1) weekly winner shall be drawn from all valid raffle entries accumulated in accordance with the following table:

    3. Non-winning raffle entries are still eligible for subsequent weekly and grand raffle draws.
    4. Winners in the special draws are still eligible in the weekly and grand draws.
    5. All prizes are transferable and are convertible to cash.
    6. Representatives from Bidshot and the DTI will be present during the determination of winners on the Weekly Draw Dates 3104B East Tower Phil. Stock Exchange Center, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig . Decision of Bidshot representative shall be final with concurrence of the DTI representative.
    7. Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of entire validation process, resulting in the subscriber being identified as a legitimate winner.
    8. All winners should be of good standing with Globe Telecom and Innove Communications. For post-paid subscribers, accounts should have no outstanding overdue balance and be current on the date of redemption.
    9. For pre-paid subscribers, accounts should have been properly decremented for all transactions and active on the date of redemption.
    10. For prepaid subscribers, account should be active and should have been properly decremented for all transactions. If inactive, winner shall present an affidavit of loss when claiming the prize.
    11. For postpaid subscribers, account should have no outstanding balances on the date of redemption.
    12. If winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his parent/s or legal guardian.

  • Validation Process

    1. Globe or TM winning Handyphone numbers will first be endorsed to GLOBE TELECOM’s for verification process before the said handyphone numbers will be determined as the winners. This shall only be applicable for the weekly and grand prizes.
    2. Winners from Globe and/or TM will be notified by a text from access number 1212 and a call from a Globe Telecom authorized representative.
    3. The per minute Gcash winner will also be announced via SMS reply messages.
    4. Weekly winners of the major prizes shall be notified thru registered mail from Globe Telecom.

  • Redemption of Prizes for the weekly raffle

    1. The winner must present the following when claiming their prize:
      • A congratulatory SMS from access number 1212:
      • Winning SIM Card
      • One (1) valid ID with complete real name, picture and correct address. Photocopies of any of the documents (i.e. birth certificate, marriage contract, SSS ID, driver's license, school ID and/or passport)
      • Official notification letter sent via registered mail from Globe Telecom
      • If the winner is a minor, then he must be accompanied by his parent/s or legal guardian we must also present the same abovementioned identification requirements.
      • If the winner is not the registered owner of the postpaid sim, registered owner should send an affidavit that he/she authorized the winner to use his mobile number.
    2. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner's right over the prize with prior DTI approval.
    3. The prize may be claimed at Globe Telecom office at the Segment Marketing Dept, 4th Floor Tower 2, Globe Telecoms Plaza, Pioneer St cor Madison St, Mandaluyong

  • Process for Provincial Winners

    1. Travel, board & lodging expenses, for claiming the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
    2. In case the winning subscriber cannot claim the prize personally, winners can send an authorized representative. The authorized representative should have an authorization letter and 2 valid (ID's) with picture and address, the official notification letter and the SIM card where the winning entry was made.

  • Redemption of Gcash

    Both prepaid and postpaid winners will automatically receive an SMS message notifying them that they will receive their Gcash via GLOBE GCASH from 2882 within 5 days from winning.
